Weather permitting, Missouri Route 161 in Montgomery City is scheduled to close temporarily for work on the railroad crossing on Oct. 9-11. The road will be closed between Allen Street and Walker Street beginning at 8 a.m. on October 9 and will reopen at 8 a.m. on October 11. Motorists will need to use alternate routes during this work.
