The Montgomery County softball team clinched a winning season in Eastern Missouri Conference play after beating North Callaway 9-8 in a conference game on Sept. 21. The Wildcats improved to 5-2 in EMO play with two games remaining. Reese Hill and Aliviah Fischer had solo home runs and Gracie Cobb had two hits and broke a 5-5 tie with a sacrifice fly RBI in the bottom of the fifth. Photos by Theo Tate
