MCHS softball vs. Community R-6

The Montgomery County softball team celebrated senior day on Oct. 2 with a 2-0 win over Community R-6 at Kiwanis Fields. The Wildcats improved to 17-5, tying a school record for most wins in a season, and finished 7-1 at home.  Players El Reagan and Maddy Queathem and manager Aleida Eldringhoff were honored after the game. They have been with the program since their freshman year.  The Wildcats finished with their first shutout of the season. They scored a run each in the fifth and sixth innnings. Theo Tate photos
